Kotlin / Android Kiosk Developer — Turn Tablets Into a Dedicated Game Appliance

We have an existing Android game (Kotlin) controlled by a real-world physical object tracked via the device camera. We're building a "plug-in-and-play" version on two Android devices (one display, one tracking camera) with zero setup for the user. Three tasks: 1. Kiosk lockdown — on power-on, our app launches automatically and is the only thing the user sees. No home screen, no OS access, no installation. (Lock Task Mode / device-owner.) 2. Object-controlled menus — replace touch input with the tracked object as a cursor (styled as a glowing fireball). Hold the cursor over a button for ~3 seconds to select it (dwell-to-select, with a visual countdown). 3. Wake-on-motion — an idle state that auto-starts the game the moment the object is moved. No tapping. Ideal background: strong Kotlin/native Android; proven kiosk mode / single-app lockdown experience (retail kiosks, signage, arcade installs); comfortable integrating camera/tracking data (tracking already exists — you build cursor and wake logic on top).
