LMS Administrator for Training Portal Setup

Job Description: We are a large, family-run hospitality establishment housing 6 distinct sub-venues under one roof: 2 restaurants, a main bar/cafe, a rooftop cocktail bar, a fish and chip takeaway kiosk, and a house-made Gelateria. We have a total roster of roughly 75 casual and part-time staff, with an average of 10–20% actively training at any given time. We are currently trailing Innform, but are entirely open to utilizing TalentLMS or SC Training (EdApp) if you recommend a better workflow for our needs. We need a skilled LMS professional to take our raw training materials and completely build out our digital training architecture so it is 100% operational for our staff. You will not need to write content from scratch. We already have all the text-based training ready to hand over. Your Scope of Work: Structural Setup & Hierarchy: Configure the platform to reflect our 6 distinct sub-venues as independent properties/branches, and set up role-based tags for our kitchen hierarchy (Chefs, Apprentices, Kitchen Hands) and Front of House teams.Content Migration: Take our existing text-based Word documents (covering Orders of Service, Menu Knowledge, Food Knowledge, Wine/Beverage Lists, and Allergen matrixes) and format them into clean, scannable, mobile-friendly lessons.AI Quiz Generation & Configuration: Leverage the platform's native AI tool (or external tools) to convert our text files into automated multiple-choice quizzes. Configure the system to require a high passing threshold (e.g., 90–100%) and set up automatic notifications to alert venue managers if an employee fails a critical safety or recipe quiz. Onboarding Gate Integration: Create our "Tier 1 Welcome Gateway" using provided video from our Head Chef and General Manager, ensuring all new hires must complete this culture-focused gate before unlocking their specific venue paths.Roster Integration: Set up our user-import framework so we can bulk-upload our 75 staff members via a CSV spreadsheet and have them automatically routed to their respective training pathways.
