LOI Review by M&A Attorney

Seeking Experienced M&A Attorney for ETA Acquisition (Manufacturing Company) I am acquiring a small to lower middle-market manufacturing company with six-figure EBITDA through an Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) transaction and am seeking an experienced M&A attorney. M&A transaction experience is required. Preference will be given to attorneys who have represented buyers in SBA-financed acquisitions, particularly asset purchases involving manufacturing or industrial businesses. The initial engagement will be to review and negotiate the Letter of Intent (LOI). If we’re a good fit, I expect the engagement to continue through due diligence, purchase agreement negotiation, and closing.
