Land Hunter

We're looking for an exceptional phone professional to help us find land for future residential development. This is a part-time role with strong upside through per-deal bonuses. We have an existing lead generation system producing consistent inbound calls from motivated land sellers — we need a skilled communicator to convert those leads into qualified deal opportunities. Engagement Type: Part-time, 20 hours per week Schedule: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday Hours may expand as lead volume grows Long-term engagement if mutually successful Compensation: Hourly base Plus Per-deal bonus: $2,000 per closed acquisition Your role is to identify landowners, start conversations, build rapport, and uncover opportunities for our acquisitions team. ### What You'll Do * Call landowners and property owners * Ask questions and gather information * Build relationships over the phone * Identify potential development opportunities * Take detailed notes in our CRM * Follow up with interested property owners ### We're Looking For Someone Who * Is confident and professional on the phone * Has excellent English communication skills * Enjoys talking with people * Can think on their feet * Is organized and dependable * Learns quickly * Sales, telemarketing, or real estate experience is a plus ### Bonus If You Have Experience With * Cold calling * Telemarketing * Real estate * CRM software * Lead generation ### To Apply Please send: * A 2-minute video introducing yourself and explaining your phone or sales experience.
