Looking for a landscape designer or architect to create a 2D Conceptual Master Plan & Spatial Layout (to scale) for a residential front and back yard in San Rafael, CA. Scope: Space planning, circulation, hardscape layout/zoning, and massing. Out of Scope for this phase: Detailed planting schedules, irrigation plans, and construction-ready drawings. Deliverable: 2D CAD/PDF Master Plan (with 2–3 iterations on layout) and an optional basic 3D massing model.
