Landscape Proposal with Renderings

We are looking for a talented landscape visualizer and presentation designer to help us create a polished, client-facing proposal for a high-end commercial project. The project is still under construction. We will provide architectural plans, existing exterior renderings, site photos, our landscape direction, reference images, and company branding. The client already has building renderings with basic landscape shown, so we need to create a more intentional, plant focused landscape vision, not simply repeat the existing images. We need someone who can create realistic, design-forward visuals featuring tropical plants, structural palms, specimen plants, layered greenery, planters, and an elevated arrival experience. The proposal should feel clean, premium, and similar to a hospitality, luxury residential, real-estate development, or landscape architecture presentation. Scope of work • Create a polished 6–10 page landscape proposal PDF • Create or enhance approximately 3–5 plant-focused renderings/views • Create a clean color-coded site/scope plan • Create a simple irrigation concept diagram • Create a simple landscape-lighting concept diagram and/or dusk rendering • Organize supplied content into a clear, visually strong client presentation • Show an original planting approach, not generic landscaping or a copy of the client’s existing renderings Main design areas • Arrival and entry sequence • Façade planting and planters • Structural tropical planting and focal palms/specimen plants • Rear office garden/view buffer • Roadside/frontage planting identity • Optional lush-tropical versus minimal/architectural planting direction Deliverables • Editable source file in your preferred professional program • Final print-ready PDF • High-resolution JPG or PNG files of the main renderings • Clean, organized files so our team can make minor text or pricing changes later Please include with your proposal • 2–3 examples of similar landscape, architectural rendering, hospitality, or high-end presentation work • Your estimated timeline • Your fixed price or estimated budget • Software you use • Confirmation that you can provide editable source files
