Landscape plan and design of a eco-resort and cattle farm

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Architect, Master Planner, or Sustainable Site Designer to develop a comprehensive landscape and site master plan for an eco-resort integrated with a modern dairy farm in rural Bangladesh. The project site features natural greenery, open agricultural land, and water bodies, offering an opportunity to create a sustainable destination that combines eco-tourism, agriculture, and nature. Project Scope We are seeking a creative professional who can develop a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and environmentally sustainable master plan that includes: Overall site master planning and zoning Eco-resort layout with guest cottages/villas Reception and visitor center Internal roads, walking trails, and cycling paths Native landscape and planting design Lakes, ponds, and water feature integration Dairy farm layout with visitor-friendly viewing areas Grazing fields and farm circulation Organic farming and demonstration gardens Children's play area and family recreation spaces Picnic and camping areas Outdoor dining and event spaces Scenic viewpoints and photo spots Rainwater harvesting and sustainable drainage concepts Lighting and wayfinding concepts Environmental conservation and biodiversity enhancement Deliverables Conceptual Site Master Plan Landscape Master Plan Planting Strategy Circulation Plan Zoning Diagram Concept Renderings / 3D Visualizations (preferred) Presentation-ready drawings CAD/PDF files (and source files where applicable) Ideal Candidate Proven experience designing eco-resorts, parks, farms, or hospitality landscapes Strong portfolio showcasing master planning and landscape architecture projects Experience integrating natural landscapes with tourism developments Knowledge of sustainable design, ecological planning, and water-sensitive landscapes Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, or similar software Project Goal The vision is to create a destination where visitors can experience nature, rural life, and sustainable agriculture while enjoying a relaxing resort environment.
