LangGraph Developer for Coaching & Social App

We are a startup building a highly advanced, multimodal AI Coaching Application. Unlike generic AI chatbots, our product is backed by behavioral protocols designed by human experts. It analyzes text, audio, and images to help users navigate complex personal dynamics, communication issues, and behavioral blind spots. The key must requirements: - LangGraph / stateful pipeline orchestration - Understanding and analyzing the protocols document to translate into workflow and rules in the orchestration. We are looking for an execution-focused Developer to begin coding the application. Your role is to build the core AI micro service (in Python/FastAPI)l You will be responsible for orchestrating the LLMs, managing the RAG architecture for long-term memory and translating our complex, pre-written flowcharts of protocols document into deterministic, machine-readable prompt logic. We prefer to hire somenone who can understand Turkish as the protocols documents are in Turkish.
