LanguaChat™ Pilot Project

LanguaChat™ is a new assessment platform designed to evaluate the written communication and live chat skills of prospective and current contact center agents. We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate a small pilot testing initiative. Project Requirements The Project Manager will recruit and coordinate 24 Filipino participants (an even mix of males and females) who have a confirmed B2 level of written English proficiency, based on a recognized written English assessment. Participants will complete a 30-minute LanguaChat™ assessment and will be divided into two groups representing different levels of contact center experience. Group 1 - 12 experienced, high-performing chat/email agents Group 2 - 12 inexperienced chat/email candidates Project Responsibilities The Project Manager will be provided with: • Written project instructions • A spreadsheet containing each participant's login credentials (username and password) o Although all assessments are anonymous, the Project Manager should use the spreadsheet to track participants by names and email addresses to ensure the mandatory survey is completed after the test. For each participant, the Project Manager will: • Provide the LanguaChat™ assessment URL. https://bpo-chat-assessment.vercel.app/assess • Confirm B2 level status. • Distribute the assigned login credentials from the spreadsheet NOTE: If candidate has Grammarly grammarly installed on their browser, they must take the test in Incognito mode. For details on how to access Incognito, view the attached login directions. The system will not allow the participate to take the test if Grammarly is detected. You can disable Grammarly as well and take the test in a normal Chrome browser. • Ensure the participant completes the 30-minute assessment. • After test completion, provide a SurveyMonkey link so participants can complete a brief feedback survey about their testing experience. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/6R5MZV2 • NOTE: Test takers must complete the survey to receive payment. • The Project Manager must provide LanguaMetrics with an email list to confirm the surveys were completed. Compensation The Project Manager will receive payment based on the agreed-upon project budget upon successful completion of all testing activities.
