Laravel Developer for Fintech Platform | Dashboard, Backend, SEO Schema & UI/UX We are looking for an experienced Laravel developer to help us refine and improve an existing fintech platform. The core platform has already been built. We are looking for someone who can come in, understand the existing architecture and user journey, identify gaps, and help us turn it into a polished, reliable, production-ready product. This role will involve a combination of Laravel and Blade development, backend improvements, dashboard development, technical SEO, testing, and UI/UX refinement. Some familiarity with finance, financial data, SaaS platforms, or fintech products would be highly valuable. You should be comfortable looking at a financial dashboard and thinking through how information should be structured and presented to a business owner. What You’ll Work On You will help us review and improve the platform across several areas: Laravel & Backend Development Work within our existing Laravel codebase Make changes and improvements to backend functionality Debug and resolve existing errors Review workflows to identify missing logic, edge cases, or functionality Ensure forms, calculations, user actions, and database interactions work correctly Help improve the overall reliability of the platform Blade & Admin Functionality Work with our existing Blade frontend Build or improve admin functionality that allows our team to update website and platform language without editing code Make key headings, descriptions, labels, FAQs, and other content manageable through the admin panel where appropriate Help reduce our dependence on developers for routine content changes Dashboard Development Review our existing user dashboard and recommend improvements Help determine how financial information, valuation outputs, charts, tables, and other data should be presented Improve dashboard organization and usability Make sure users have the appropriate buttons, actions, navigation, download options, and next steps Identify information that is missing, redundant, or presented in a way that could be improved Ensure dashboards display correctly across different screen sizes Experience building financial, analytics, SaaS, reporting, or data-heavy dashboards is particularly valuable. Email Notifications & User Flows Make sure important user actions trigger the appropriate email notifications Set up notifications when new users register or complete important actions Review signup, login, password reset, onboarding, and other account flows Make sure both users and administrators receive the correct notifications Test these workflows from beginning to end Technical SEO & Schema Markup Implement and validate structured data across the website Set up Article schema for blog and editorial content Set up FAQ schema on relevant pages Review existing schema markup and correct implementation issues Ensure structured data follows current Google guidelines Test implementation using Google's structured data and rich-result tools Testing & Quality Control Test the platform from the perspective of a real user Identify bugs, broken links, formatting problems, inconsistent behavior, and confusing workflows Test forms, buttons, emails, dashboards, downloads, and account functionality Review mobile and desktop responsiveness Fix UI inconsistencies throughout the platform Help us catch issues before users encounter them UI/UX Refinement Review the platform page by page and identify areas that feel unfinished or confusing Improve spacing, formatting, buttons, forms, tables, navigation, and responsive behavior Maintain consistency across the platform Recommend practical UX improvements based on how users actually move through the product We already have an established design direction, so we are primarily looking for someone who can refine and implement rather than redesign the entire product. Who We’re Looking For You should have strong experience with: Laravel PHP Blade MySQL or PostgreSQL HTML/CSS JavaScript Responsive frontend development Admin panels and content management functionality Email notification systems Debugging and QA Technical SEO and structured data/schema markup Building or maintaining SaaS dashboards Experience with fintech, valuation platforms, financial dashboards, analytics products, accounting software, investment platforms, or other financial applications is a strong plus. You do not need to be a finance expert. However, you should have enough financial understanding to comfortably work with concepts such as revenue, EBITDA, valuation, financial statements, transaction data, multiples, charts, and financial metrics. The Person We Want to Work With We are looking for someone who can do more than complete isolated development tickets. When you see a dashboard that is missing an important action, we want you to point it out. When a user flow does not make sense, we want you to tell us. When something could be implemented in a simpler or more scalable way, we want your recommendation. You should be comfortable testing your own work, thinking through the full user journey, and helping us identify issues we may have missed. There is potential for ongoing work as we continue refining and expanding the platform.
