Summary

We need a graphic designer experienced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and large-format print preparation to complete two wall graphics for an International exhibition stand The overall concept, images, branding and stand arrangement have already been selected. This is a focused production job rather than a request for new concepts or a complete stand design. Project scope Two separate wall graphics are required: Main back wall: 700 × 250 cm Left wall: 200 × 250 cm The main back wall will use one panoramic photograph across the entire flat wall. The left wall will use a separate supplied vertical image. The artwork should not continue around the corner between the walls. Main back-wall artwork Artwork upload portal specifies: Final printed size: 700 × 250 cm Aspect ratio: 14:5 File format: PDF Resolution: 100 DPI recommended, 80 DPI minimum The work required includes: Use the supplied panoramic photograph as the full-wall background. Professionally remove the two prominent foreground crew members. Reconstruct the background behind them naturally, including the glazing, yacht surfaces, railings, ocean and surrounding details. Retain the tender, small background crew and the rest of the original scene. Professionally upscale the image to meet the supplier’s effective full-size resolution . Do not simply alter the DPI metadata without increasing and checking the actual image resolution. Retouch any visible upscaling artefacts or distorted details. Fit the image to the 14:5 wall ratio without stretching or distorting it. Incorporate the supplied vector company logo cleanly and at an appropriate scale. Remove or cover the existing rasterised logo in the photograph if necessary. Account for two physical television screens that will be mounted over the finished wall. Exact television sizes and mounting positions will be supplied. Allow the photograph to continue behind the television positions. The television rectangles are guides only and must not appear in the final print artwork. Keep the logo and other important visual details clear of the television positions. The current working photograph is approximately 2048 × 731 pixels. A larger original will be supplied if available. We will try and find the highest quality available image available of it.. just let us know if you have a preference (RAW image file, PNG, etc) At full printed size, the final background should provide approximately: Minimum: 22,050 × 7,875 pixels for 80 DPI Preferred: 27,560 × 9,843 pixels for 100 DPI The designer may use Photoshop, Topaz Gigapixel or another professional upscaling workflow, but the result must be manually checked and retouched where required. Left-wall artwork The Art of Fiber portal specifies a nominal wall size of 200 × 250 cm. The work required includes: Use the separately supplied vertical image Crop and position it to create a strong standalone side-wall graphic. Make the treatment visually compatible with the main back wall. Incorporate the supplied vector logo only if it improves the composition. Do not attempt to continue the panoramic back-wall image around the corner. At full printed size, the left-wall image should provide approximately: Minimum: 6,300 × 7,875 pixels for 80 DPI Preferred: 7,875 × 9,843 pixels for 100 DPI Supplier and print requirements The supplied instructions must be followed. These include: Supply one separate PDF for each wall. Do not divide the main back-wall artwork into individual panel files. Art of Fiber will handle dividing the supplied PDF for production. Include 20 mm bleed at full printed size. If working at 1:10 scale, this becomes 2 mm bleed in the working document. Keep the logo, text and important visual details at least 100 mm from visible edges at full size. Include the required 500 mm black margin on the applicable outside edge of each graphic. This area will be hidden behind the wooden side structure. If working at 1:10 scale, the hidden margin will be 50 mm. The current 2026 Art of Fiber portal determines the correct wall orientation. A supplied photograph of the previous stand is mirrored compared with the current stand and should only be used as a general spatial reference. Avoid placing the logo or another precise visual element directly where a physical panel join is likely to occur. The panoramic photograph can still run across the entire flat back wall. Use CMYK values for any added solid colours. Convert all editable text to outlines. Disable overprint for all objects intended to print. Ensure placed images are embedded or properly packaged. Clearly document whether the artwork is prepared at full size or 1:10 scale. Confirm the final effective PPI at full printed size before delivery. Ensure both final PDFs pass the Art of Fiber portal’s aspect-ratio and PPI checks. Reference material supplied We will provide: The panoramic yacht photograph. The left-wall product image. Vector logo files. Current stand mock-ups. Screenshots of the Art of Fiber upload portal. stand-package information. SYP wooden-frame and bleed instructions. A photograph of the previous year’s blank stand. Final television dimensions and mounting positions. Examples showing the intended overall result. Please note that the previous-year stand was mirrored. The current 2026 portal layout is the authoritative orientation. Deliverables One initial visual proof of the back-wall artwork. One initial visual proof of the left-wall artwork. One print-ready PDF for the 700 × 250 cm back wall. One print-ready PDF for the 200 × 250 cm left wall. Editable Adobe Illustrator source files. Layered Photoshop source file containing the image editing and upscaling. Supplied vector logos retained as vector artwork. Non-printing layers showing television positions, safe areas, bleed and hidden wooden-frame areas. Confirmation of final artwork scale, pixel dimensions and effective full-size PPI. One reasonable revision round. One technical correction if the Art of Fiber portal flags the final artwork for ratio, PPI or file setup. Not included in this project Storage front or storage-door artwork. Counter graphics. Fascia, company-name or stand-number signage. New logo development. New brand identity work. Multiple unrelated design concepts. Artwork continuing seamlessly around the corner between walls. Application requirements Please include: Two or three relevant examples of large-format print, exhibition or environmental graphics. Confirmation that you use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. A short explanation of how you would upscale and prepare the supplied panoramic photograph. Your proposed fixed price. Your expected turnaround. Confirmation that editable Photoshop and Illustrator source files are included. This should be a straightforward project for someone experienced with Photoshop, Illustrator and large-format print preparation.
