Summary

I’m looking for an experienced launch manager to lead both the strategy and backend build for the next round of my group coaching program, Bright Side, launching in the next 4–6 weeks. You’ll help shape the launch plan, coordinate timelines, and manage the technical setup so the program is ready for launch. This is a part-time role for someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly, and keep the project moving smoothly from planning through execution. Job description I'm looking for an experienced launch manager who can own both the strategy and the backend build for the next round of my group coaching program, Bright Side, launching in the next 4-6 weeks. About the program Bright Side is a group coaching program for new subject matter experts building their own expertise-based businesses. I run it alongside my established consulting practice. The beta round (5 clients) sold out from my LinkedIn network and existing relationships, so the audience and message are validated. I have testimonials for the current choosy. This next round is about scaling that with a proper launch. The current stack Kajabi: program delivery and checkout. Set up but clunky. I want it audited and streamlined, not rebuilt from scratch. Kit (ConvertKit): recently migrated here for email and list building. Small list so far. Squarespace: my main consulting business website (separate audience, not central to this launch but where I currently have some information about the content and a Typeform questionnaire to join the waitlist). Part of your job is defining how Kajabi and Kit should work together cleanly (what lives where, how subscribers flow from lead magnet to launch emails to enrolment) so the stack stops fighting itself. The situation Small email list, but an engaged LinkedIn following of 1,600+ that includes mostly people in my area of subject matter expertise and a smaller proportion of my exact target audience. The launch strategy needs to be LinkedIn-led: content runway, list-building (lead magnet or waitlist into Kit), and conversion to enrolment. I have a small Instagram following. I'm treating LinkedIn as the primary channel; at most, content gets repurposed to Instagram. Open to your view, but don't build the strategy around it. I want one person who can own this end to end so I can focus on content and delivery. What you'll own Launch strategy and timeline: a realistic 4-6 week runway built around my LinkedIn audience Lead generation: lead magnet or waitlist funnel converting LinkedIn followers into Kit subscribers Backend: audit and fix the Kajabi setup, build the offer/checkout, and set up email sequences and automations in Kit, with a clear Kajabi-Kit integration Launch execution: email sequences, open/close cart mechanics, tracking what's working Post-launch: simple debrief with numbers and recommendations for next round You're a fit if you have 2+ launches you've run end to end for a coaching program or online course (please share rough numbers) Strong hands-on Kajabi experience (builds and automations, not just admin), plus Kit/ConvertKit experience or a clear point of view on integrating the two Experience with LinkedIn-driven or organic-audience launches, not only paid ads or big-list email launches Copy writing and/or review of my content and then honest feedback Availability to start within the next week given the timeline (noting I am currently facilitating a course this week so will need patience in response times To apply Briefly describe two launches you ran end to end: your role, the audience size going in, and the result How you'd split responsibilities between Kajabi and Kit for a launch like this, and one thing you'd check first in a "clunky" Kajabi setup Your availability over the next 6 weeks and how you'd structure the engagement (and your proposed pricing) I'll shortlist quickly and start with a small paid test task: an audit of my current Kajabi setup plus a one-page launch plan. The full engagement follows from there.
