Launch a Prebuilt Quiz Funnel by Monday (Hosting, Form Endpoint, Pixel QA

I have a finished landing page. One self contained HTML file, no build step, no framework, no dependencies. Everything is already coded. I need someone to put it online, connect the form so leads actually land somewhere, and confirm the tracking fires. This is a couple of hours of work for anyone who has done it before. I need it live by Sunday or Monday. What is already built and working Do not rebuild any of this. The file is done. Single HTML file. Inline CSS, vanilla JavaScript, inline SVG graphics. No images, no CDN, no npm, no compile step. Open it in a browser and it just runs. A seven question quiz funnel, mobile first, fully styled, with progress bar, back navigation, and animated transitions. Meta pixel installed and firing: PageView, Lead, InitiateCheckout, and Schedule, each with event IDs already passed for future server side deduplication. A third party scheduling widget integrated as a popup on the page rather than a link off site, so booking confirmations are received back and fire a real Schedule event. A second call to action that hands off to a mobile chat app, already wired with the message prefilled. Lead capture logic fully written. It fires twice per visitor: once when they submit their company name, again when they submit name and email, both under one shared lead ID so it is one record, not two. Failed sends are stashed in localStorage as a fallback. A script that receives both submissions into a spreadsheet, one row per visitor, and emails me when a full lead lands. Written, commented, not yet deployed. What I need you to do Deploy the included script as the form endpoint on my own account and paste the resulting URL into the one config value in the HTML file. If you have a better endpoint approach, tell me why in your proposal, I am open. Test the whole funnel end to end and confirm both capture stages record correctly, including the case where someone drops off after the company name and never gives an email. Host the file on a subdomain of my existing domain, with SSL, and give me the DNS records to add or walk me through adding them. Verify the Meta pixel in Events Manager. All four events, on mobile and on desktop, confirmed firing before I spend anything. Add a persistent chat button that stays available across the funnel, matching the existing design. This one is a nice to have, tell me if you would do it differently. Add the open graph preview image tag, which cannot be set until a real URL exists. Add simple privacy policy and terms pages and link them from the two placeholders already in the file. Meta requires a privacy policy on lead capture pages. QA on iOS Safari and Android Chrome specifically. It is a mobile first page taking mobile paid traffic.
