Law Firm Client Services Director (Nicaragua)
Worldwide
LONG-TERM, FULL-TIME VIRTUAL ROLE — OPEN TO CANDIDATES ANYWHERE IN NICARAGUA. We are a U.S. estate planning law firm hiring a Client Services Director as a full-time virtual contractor. This is a dual role — client-facing and business operations — for someone who wants to grow with our company. You will be the voice of our firm: the first person prospective clients speak with, and the person who guides them through every step of their estate planning journey, all by phone, email, and video. Here is the exciting part: we are working to establish a physical office in Nicaragua. Your interest in eventually working in person and leading that team would be highly valued — for the right person, this role is designed to grow into Team Lead of our Nicaragua operation: helping us build the office, then helping recruit, train, and lead the team that works in it. This is a direct, long-term engagement with the firm — no agency in the middle. We provide full paid training on our systems and scripts. You bring the talent and the drive to grow with us. What you will do: • Handle inbound calls and emails from prospective U.S. clients in English and book them for planning sessions using our relationship-based intake approach (we train you) • Follow up on leads from webinars and marketing campaigns; track everything in our CRM • Manage each client’s journey after they engage: collect documents, answer questions, and keep every matter moving toward its signing date • Prepare digital meeting folders and document packages for the attorney; maintain the secure client vault • Coordinate the attorney’s calendar for planning sessions, signings, and delivery meetings • Run automated email sequences, publish blog posts and newsletters, and support webinar logistics • Help build and document our systems, workflows, and SOPs as we grow • Help us plan and establish our future Nicaragua office — and as the team grows, help recruit, train, and lead new team members What we are looking for: • Fluent spoken and written English (C1+) — most of your day is on the phone with U.S. clients • Based anywhere in Nicaragua with reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps), a backup plan for outages, and a quiet professional workspace • 2+ years in client service, intake, sales, or administration (U.S. company, law firm, financial services, or insurance experience is a big plus) • Tech savvy — quick to master CRMs, scheduling tools, e-signature platforms, and MS Office / Google Workspace • Self-starter who solves problems independently and never lets a detail slip • Exceptionally organized — you build and improve systems, not just follow them • Sales ability — comfortable guiding prospects to a decision and handling objections with warmth, never pressure • Experience (or strong interest) in training and leading a team — interest in one day leading our in-person Nicaragua team is highly valued • Available full-time on a U.S. Central Time schedule (nearly identical to Nicaragua time year-round)
