Lead Blockchain Developer

We're looking for a passionate Lead Blockchain Developer who has hands-on experience and a real love for building innovative blockchain solutions. If you're someone who has spent years crafting smart contracts and dApps and is excited about forming a long-term partnership, we’d love to hear from you. Ideally, you’re ready to commit at least a year to growing with us and helping shape our platform’s future. In this role, you’ll: - Design, develop, and review secure, efficient Solidity smart contracts that run smoothly and safely. - Create payment and authentication systems that make using our platform seamless and user-friendly. - Take ownership of the full-stack development of our decentralized application. - Lead important technical decisions and help establish best practices to guide our team as we expand. Here’s what we’re looking for: - Deep expertise in Solidity, with a strong understanding of smart contract security, development processes, and gas optimization. - Solid knowledge of core ERC standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155, along with experience using modern Web3 tools such as web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat, or Foundry. - Proven experience building full-stack applications, especially with React, Next.js, and Node.js. - A self-motivated individual who can work independently, lead foundational architecture efforts, and communicate clearly with the team.
