Lead Blockchain Developer

We're on the hunt for a Lead Blockchain Developer who's ready to roll up their sleeves and become a core part of our build. This isn't about a quick sprint - we're looking for someone who wants to settle in for the long haul (at least a year, ideally) and grow alongside the platform. If you've built smart contracts and dApps that actually ship, and you're itching to take full ownership, we'd love to chat. What you'll be doing day-to-day: - Architect, write, and thoroughly stress-test secure, gas-efficient Solidity contracts (because nobody likes paying insane gas fees). - Design payment and authentication flows that make the Web3 experience feel as smooth as Web2. - Take the reins on the full-stack development of our dApp, from the backend logic right through to the frontend interface. - Help us figure out the big technical stuff - you'll call the shots on key architecture decisions and set the coding standards that future team members will follow as we grow. What we're hoping you bring to the table: - Seriously deep Solidity knowledge - you know the security pitfalls by heart, have lived through several dev cycles, and know exactly how to squeeze every bit of gas out of your code. - A solid grasp of core ERC standards (20, 721, 1155) and you're comfortable navigating the modern Web3 toolchain (web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat, or Foundry). - Real-world full-stack experience, especially with React, Next.js, and Node.js. - The ability to work independently and take the lead on foundational work, while keeping the rest of the team clearly in the loop with your communication.
