Lead Cultivation Coordinator for Wedding Film & Photo

We are seeking a Wedding Lead Coordinator to become the first point of contact for couples interested in our wedding photography and videography services. This role is much more than answering messages. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and communicating in a warm, natural, and personable way. The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, an excellent communicator, and able to have engaging conversations that make couples feel heard—not like they're chatting with a scripted sales representative. Your responsibility is to guide couples through the early stages of the booking process by learning about their wedding plans, answering questions, providing helpful information about our services, sharing our portfolio when appropriate, and consistently following up in a thoughtful and organized manner. A key part of this role is knowing when and how to follow up based on each couple's unique timeline and needs. We will provide training on our communication style and follow-up process so that every interaction feels timely, personal, and helpful—whether a couple is planning two years in advance or looking to book within the next few weeks. Your goal is to ensure every couple feels informed, supported, and excited to schedule a consultation with the owner of the company. You will serve as the bridge between a new inquiry and a booked consultation, cultivating each lead through personalized communication across Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business Suite), The Knot, and other platforms until they are well-informed, confident in their next steps, and ready for a phone or Zoom consultation. Experience in the wedding photography or videography industry is highly preferred, along with excellent written English, strong conversational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for growth as our company continues to expand. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Success comes from making every couple feel genuinely cared for throughout their experience by providing timely communication, thoughtful guidance, and a smooth, stress-free booking process from their first inquiry through scheduling their consultation.
