Senior AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer — Build 24/7 Real Estate AI Lead Generation System We are a Florida-based real estate company looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to design and build a powerful AI-driven lead generation and sales platform. This is NOT a simple chatbot or basic automation project. Our goal is to build an AI system that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to attract, engage, qualify, nurture, and convert real estate buyers from across the United States and international markets who are interested in purchasing or investing in Florida real estate. What We Want to Build The system should eventually handle the complete process: Lead Acquisition → AI Conversation → Qualification → CRM → Lead Scoring → Property Matching → Automated Follow-Up → Appointment → Human Agent We want the AI platform to: * Communicate with prospects 24/7 * Support English and Spanish initially, with additional languages later * Communicate through website chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and email * Ask intelligent qualification questions * Determine investment budget * Identify cash vs. financing * Determine purchase timeline * Understand investment goals and preferred Florida markets * Automatically score and prioritize buyers * Store conversations and customer information in our CRM * Alert our agents when a high-quality buyer is identified * Automatically schedule appointments * Follow up with leads over weeks or months * Re-engage older leads * Connect with approved real estate/property data * Match buyers with relevant properties * Eventually provide property and investment analysis * Track lead sources, engagement, appointments, contracts, and closings Example An investor in Colombia sees one of our advertisements for Florida investment properties. They contact us at 2:00 AM Florida time. The AI immediately communicates with them in Spanish and determines: * Budget: $1,000,000 * Cash buyer * Interested in Miami and Fort Lauderdale * Investment property * Purchase timeline: 60 days * Interested in rental income The AI records the information in our CRM, scores the lead, continues nurturing the buyer, recommends appropriate properties, and schedules an appointment with one of our agents. Our goal is for our sales team to wake up and find qualified buyers and appointments waiting for them, rather than simply receiving unqualified internet leads. Required Experience We are looking for someone with strong experience in: * OpenAI API / LLM development * AI agents and tool/function calling * Python * Node.js / TypeScript * API development and integrations * PostgreSQL or similar databases * AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * CRM integrations * WhatsApp Business API * Twilio / SMS * Email automation * Webhooks * AI workflow automation * Authentication and security * Production AI applications Experience with real estate technology, MLS/RESO/IDX data, Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, Meta/Google lead integrations, AI voice agents, or multilingual AI systems is a major plus. Important We are not looking for someone whose experience is limited to ChatGPT prompts, basic Zapier workflows, or simple no-code chatbots. We need an experienced developer who can help architect, code, deploy, secure, and maintain a real production system. We want someone who can understand our business objectives and recommend the best technical architecture rather than waiting for us to tell them exactly what code to write. Long-Term Opportunity This will begin as a development project, but we are looking for someone who could potentially work with us long-term and become the lead developer behind our AI infrastructure.
