Lead Gen & Email Automation Specialist (Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn)

Part-time role — just a few hours a week. We're hiring a Philippines-based lead generation and email automation specialist to run B2B outbound campaigns. You'll build and clean targeted prospect lists in Apollo, set up and manage automated cold email sequences in Smartlead (inbox warm-up, deliverability, A/B testing), run LinkedIn lead generation and outreach, and keep everything synced and tracked in HubSpot CRM. You'll also monitor open/reply/bounce rates and optimize campaigns to book qualified meetings. Required: hands-on experience with Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn outreach/sales navigation, strong cold email deliverability know-how, and clear written English. Must be able to work during California business hours (Pacific Time). Please share examples of past outbound campaigns and results.
