Lead Gen GHL Workflow/Automation Buildout in Live Account

We need a freelancer to build and refine workflows in a live account, with a strong focus on re-entry logic and smooth conversation AI handoff. The work includes improving existing automations, troubleshooting workflow issues, and ensuring reliable customer interactions. You should be comfortable working in a live environment, testing changes carefully, and collaborating with our team to deliver stable, high-performing workflows. Experience handling complex automation flows and improving customer journey consistency is important for this role. What you would be building Roughly 9 workflows, from a kill-switch DNC workflow through a long-term nurture sequence A pipeline restructure, adding new stages and retiring old ones once records are moved off them Call disposition logic that moves opportunities between stages, since I work from the mobile app A voicemail drop that fires about five minutes after a lead comes in, gated on consent Conversation AI (the GHL bot) configured to stop initiating the moment a human takes over, and to stay stopped A Meta Conversions API event ladder with event_id deduplication against the browser pixel Two things you should know before applying This is a live account with real customers in it and published workflows currently running. A careless publish sends real text messages to real people. Everything gets built in Draft. Second, I need to be able to operate the finished system from my phone using the GHL mobile app. Not from a laptop. If your build requires me to sit at a desk to move a lead forward, it does not work for me.
