We design hospitality spaces, models, general interior design services for commercial businesses that want their space to actually reflect their brand. We will handle all design and client delivery. We're looking for a sharp Virtual Assistant to help us build a steady pipeline of qualified leads so she can stay focused on the work. *What you'll do* - Research businesses and organizations in the US that show signals of an upcoming buildout, new construction, relocation, or renovation. Signals include: - New commercial lease signings or property purchases - Recently funded startups or growing companies adding headcount - Permit filings for tenant improvements - Press announcements about new HQs, flagship locations, or expansion - New hires in roles like Head of Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate - Identify the right decision-makers — typically founders/CEOs at smaller companies; COOs, Heads of Workplace, Office Managers, or Corporate Real Estate at mid-market and enterprise - Capture verified contact info (LinkedIn, work email where available) into a structured spreadsheet - Tag each lead with key context: vertical, company size, project signal, estimated timeline, and a short "why now" note - Bonus: identify potential referral partners — commercial real estate brokers, general contractors, and architects working on relevant projects *Who we're targeting* -Investors -Realtors who do commercial or work with investors -Short term rentals -Builders -Multi-family apartments, etc. -Commercial offices **Engagement** - Paid trial: build a list of 30 qualified leads (fixed fee, agreed upfront) - If it's a fit, ongoing work at roughly 5–10 hrs/week - Hourly rate based on experience *To apply, please include:* 1.
