Lead Generation & Contact Research Assistant – Apollo & Excel Experience Required

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to help us research business contacts and build targeted B2B contact lists using Apollo and our other lead research tools. We will provide the tools, targeting criteria, and detailed instructions. Your primary responsibility will be conducting searches, identifying the correct contacts, retrieving available business contact information, and keeping the data clean and organized in Excel. Responsibilities: - Use Apollo to research companies and identify relevant business contacts - Use Apollo filters to accurately target contacts based on industry, job title, location, company size, and other criteria we provide - Use our provided lead research tools to identify and organize relevant business contacts - Retrieve and organize available business email addresses and contact information - Export and organize data in Microsoft Excel - Clean and format spreadsheets - Remove duplicate records and obvious incorrect data - Make sure information is placed in the correct columns and format - Follow specific targeting criteria for each project - Keep accurate records of completed searches and lists Requirements: - Previous experience using Apollo is required - Strong understanding of Apollo People and Company filters - Experience building targeted B2B contact lists - Strong Microsoft Excel skills - Comfortable working with large spreadsheets and datasets - Experience with lead generation, contact research, list building, or data research - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to follow detailed targeting instructions - Reliable and able to complete projects consistently - Good written English and communication skills Schedule & Availability - The current work schedule is approximately 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) - Applicants must be able to consistently work during these hours - Flexibility with scheduling is important. Our staffing needs may change in the future, and the schedule may be adjusted to an overnight shift - We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the possibility of changing their working hours as our needs evolve This has the potential to become ongoing work for the right person.
