Summary

Job Description: We are a commercial real estate and business brokerage firm specializing in the sale of lower middle market and upper main street businesses (enterprise values of $1M–$10M, revenue of $1.5M–$20M). We're looking for a detail-oriented, part-time freelancer to help us identify and build targeted lists of business owners who may be interested in selling their businesses. About the Role You'll leverage our existing data subscriptions — Seamless.AI (including Insights by Seamless.AI) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator — to research, qualify, and organize leads into clean, usable contact lists. This is detail-intensive work where accuracy and consistency matter more than speed. Responsibilities: Build targeted prospect lists of business owners in our defined market segments using Seamless.AI and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Identify and verify contact information (owner/principal names, emails, phone numbers, company details) Apply our qualifying criteria to filter prospects (business size, revenue range, industry, ownership signals, etc.) Enter, organize, and de-duplicate data in our CRM/spreadsheets with high accuracy Flag high-potential leads showing signs of an upcoming sale or ownership transition Maintain consistent formatting and documentation standards across all lists Requirements: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Seamless.AI (required — please describe specific use in your application) Demonstrated hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required) Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate data entry Comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRMs Ability to follow detailed qualifying criteria independently Reliable communication and consistent availability English proficiency for written communication Nice to Have: Experience in business brokerage, M&A, commercial real estate, or B2B lead generation Experience identifying succession/exit signals among small business owners Engagement Details: Part-time to start (estimate your weekly hours and hourly rate in your proposal) Strong potential for a long-term, ongoing engagement for the right person We'll begin with a small paid test project to confirm fit before scaling up To Apply: Please answer the screening questions below.
