Lead Generation & Growth Specialist — B2B Recruiting | Long-Term Team Role
Worldwide
About Us We are a growing company operating across five business verticals, with our recruiting and recruitment technology business currently being our largest focus. Our recruiting business is primarily focused on the United States, while operating globally and working with companies and talent across multiple countries. We specialize heavily in volume recruiting and work across a broad range of professional and white-collar positions. Healthcare and hospitality are particularly important areas for us, but we are not limited to those industries. We are open to working with companies across virtually any sector where there is a strong hiring need. We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Growth Specialist who can become a long-term member of our team. This is intentionally a broad role. We are less concerned about which specific lead-generation channel you specialize in and more interested in whether you know how to consistently identify opportunities, reach the right companies, test strategies, and generate qualified conversations. Your Main Goal Simple: Help us generate more qualified B2B opportunities. We want to reach companies that: * Are actively hiring * Have multiple open positions * Have recurring hiring requirements * Are growing quickly * Are opening new locations * Have difficult-to-fill positions * Have high turnover * Need volume recruiting * Need additional recruiting capacity * Could benefit from an external recruiting partner Your role is to help us find these companies and create opportunities for our sales team. Your Specialty Can Be Different We are deliberately open-minded about your background. You might be excellent at: * Cold email * LinkedIn lead generation * LinkedIn automation * Sales Navigator * B2B prospecting * Apollo * Clay * ZoomInfo * Data enrichment * Intent-based prospecting * Account-based marketing * Cold calling * Appointment setting * Partnership outreach * Referral generation * Lead scraping * CRM workflows * Marketing automation * AI-powered prospecting * Web research * List building * Outreach automation * Lead qualification You do NOT need to be an expert in every one of these. In fact, we prefer someone who has one or two things they are genuinely excellent at, while being capable of understanding the broader lead-generation process. Tell us what your specialty is. Existing Infrastructure You will not be starting from zero. Our operation already uses: * Cold email * LinkedIn outreach * LinkedIn automation * Lead databases * Marketing tools * Outreach infrastructure We are also expanding into: * Cold calling * Paid acquisition * Content marketing * SEO * Digital PR * Partnerships We want someone who can look at this infrastructure and help us identify opportunities to make it produce more pipeline. Responsibilities Depending on your strengths, your responsibilities may include: * Identifying target companies * Finding companies with strong hiring signals * Building prospect lists * Researching decision-makers * Creating segmented campaigns * Developing outreach strategies * Running cold email campaigns * Running LinkedIn campaigns * Managing Sales Navigator * Setting up lead-generation workflows * Enriching contact data * Finding phone numbers and verified emails * Creating intent-based prospecting systems * Conducting account research * Testing messaging * Testing industries and personas * Following up with prospects * Booking meetings * Developing partnerships * Identifying referral opportunities * Improving CRM workflows * Building automations * Monitoring campaign performance * Finding bottlenecks * Suggesting new acquisition channels The exact balance will depend on your strongest skills. We Care About Outcomes We’re not looking for someone who measures success by: “10,000 leads scraped.” or “5,000 emails sent.” Volume can matter, but activity alone isn’t the objective. We care about: Qualified conversations. Meetings. Opportunities. Pipeline. Customers. We want someone who understands the difference between generating activity and generating business. Our Target Market Our commercial focus is primarily the United States. Our recruiting business works heavily with: * Healthcare * Hospitality * Professional positions * Corporate positions * Management * Sales * Operations * Administrative roles * Technology * Specialized white-collar positions However, we can recruit across many industries and positions. We are particularly interested in organizations with volume or recurring hiring needs. Buying Signals Matter We’re especially interested in candidates who know how to identify companies based on signals rather than blindly contacting huge databases. Examples might include: * Companies with many active job openings * Rapid headcount growth * New locations * Expansion announcements * Funding * New contracts * New facilities * Seasonal hiring * High employee turnover * New leadership * Talent shortages * Repeated recruiting activity If you know how to systematically identify signals like these, we want to hear about it. Be Proactive This is extremely important. We do not want someone who needs a detailed task list every morning. We want someone who thinks: “I found an interesting source of leads.” “This segment is responding much better.” “We should stop targeting this persona.” “I found a way to identify hospitals with 50+ vacancies.” “We should test this industry.” “This automation could save the team several hours.” “This campaign isn’t producing qualified conversations.” We want you bringing ideas to the team. If you simply wait to be told what to do, this probably won’t be the right position. Generalist With a Specialty Our hiring philosophy is simple: Be a generalist with a specialty. We want people who can contribute across the operation but have at least one area where they are unusually strong. For this role, that specialty could be: Cold email. LinkedIn. Data. Automation. Cold calling. Partnerships. ABM. Prospecting. Or something else that produces B2B opportunities. We are open to being surprised. Multi-Company Environment Our recruiting business will be your primary focus. However, we operate across five business verticals. Strong team members may also have opportunities to support: * Other internal companies * Corporate brands * Personal-brand initiatives * New business launches * Selected external client campaigns Because of this, we value someone who can learn new industries quickly. Team Structure You will work closely with people responsible for: * Email marketing * LinkedIn outreach * Sales * Cold calling * Paid advertising * Content * Design * SEO * Digital PR We want lead generation to be connected to the entire GTM operation. For example: A content campaign creates engagement. You identify the companies engaging. LinkedIn reaches them. Email follows up. The SDR calls. Paid advertising retargets them. Everything should reinforce everything else. Schedule & Availability This is a long-term team role, not a short freelance project. We require: * At least part-time availability * Full-time availability is strongly preferred * Consistent weekly availability * Reasonable overlap with U.S. business hours * Attendance at two short team meetings each working day * Reliable communication We are open to candidates globally. Compensation This position will be paid on a fixed monthly rate. Please provide: * Your expected monthly rate for part-time work * Your expected monthly rate for full-time work * How many hours per week that includes We are looking for strong offshore talent and care much more about ability, reliability, initiative, and results than location. Who Will Do Well Here You’ll probably be a strong fit if you: * Love finding new ways to generate leads * Understand B2B sales * Are comfortable experimenting * Learn tools quickly * Understand numbers * Communicate well * Work independently * Ask good questions * Bring ideas * Aren’t afraid of testing something that might fail * Care about pipeline rather than vanity metrics * Want to become part of a growing operation How to Apply Please tell us: 1. What is your strongest lead-generation skill? 2. What is your second strongest skill? 3. Which tools are you strongest with? 4. What B2B industries have you worked in? 5. Have you generated leads in the United States? 6. Have you worked with recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or hospitality? 7. What is the best lead-generation system or campaign you’ve personally built? 8. What results did it generate? 9. Are you interested in part-time or full-time work? 10. What is your time zone? 11. What is your expected fixed monthly rate?
