Lead Generation & Outreach Manager, Apollo, Clay, Instantly & Expandi

We need a reliable freelancer to help us handle our B2B lead generation and outbound campaigns from prospect research through outreach. You’ll be working with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and Expandi to find suitable prospects, prepare accurate lead data, and keep our LinkedIn and email campaigns running smoothly. Your responsibilities Find companies and decision-makers that match our target audience Build targeted lead lists using Apollo Research and enrich prospect data with Clay Check, clean, and organize lead information before launching campaigns Upload and manage prospects in Instantly Monitor email campaigns, replies, bounces, and campaign activity Set up and manage LinkedIn outreach through Expandi Monitor connection requests, replies, and follow-ups Keep prospect lists and campaign data updated Identify interested leads and move them into the next stage of the sales process Help maintain a consistent workflow across all four platforms What we’re looking for You should have hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and Expandi and be comfortable working independently across multiple tools. We’re especially interested in someone who understands how the platforms work together in a B2B outbound process, from lead sourcing and enrichment to LinkedIn and cold email outreach. Previous experience with B2B lead generation, prospect research, data enrichment, LinkedIn outreach, and cold email campaigns is preferred. About the workflow The exact tasks will depend on the campaign. Some weeks may be more focused on building and enriching new lead lists, while others may involve managing active Instantly campaigns or checking LinkedIn activity through Expandi. We care about accurate data, relevant prospects, organized campaigns, and consistent execution. Getting started We’ll provide the target audience and campaign requirements for the initial project. If everything goes well, we’d like to continue with ongoing lead generation and outreach management.
