Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist for Bookkeeping Services

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to help us acquire new clients for our accounting and bookkeeping services in the USA. Our target clients include US-based small businesses, startups, e-commerce businesses, contractors, and professional service businesses that need bookkeeping, QuickBooks Online, accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting services. 💰 Commission: 50% of the First Client Payment This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary or hourly payment. For every new client you bring who signs up with us, you will receive 50% of the client's first payment. For example: Client's first payment = $500 Your commission = $250 Our share = $250 There is strong earning potential for someone who can consistently generate qualified US accounting leads and convert them into clients. Responsibilities Find and research potential accounting clients in the USA Build targeted prospect lists Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Create personalized outreach messages Follow up with prospects Qualify interested prospects Schedule calls with our accounting team Track leads and follow-ups Develop strategies to consistently generate new clients Requirements Previous experience in lead generation, sales, cold outreach, or appointment setting Experience targeting the US market Strong written and spoken English Ability to identify high-quality business prospects Experience with LinkedIn, cold email, or other outreach platforms Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and comfortable working on a commission-only basis Experience generating leads for accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or other professional services is a major advantage.
