Lead Generation Partner — Building & Refurbishment Services (Commission Only | London-Based Leads)

About Us O&S Building & Refurbishment Services is a London-based property services company. We act as the connection point between clients — homeowners, landlords, letting agents, and property investors — and the best-qualified, most competitively priced contractors for their job. We are not contractors ourselves. We manage the client relationship, match them to the right specialist, and oversee the process from enquiry to completion. We are growing and looking for a driven, self-motivated partner to help us scale our lead pipeline. The Role You will be responsible for: • Managing and optimising our Google Business Profile to maximise organic visibility across Central and Greater London • Actively sourcing leads through online platforms, social media, property groups, and outreach • Responding to all inbound enquiries promptly and professionally • Qualifying leads — understanding what work the client needs, their timeline, their budget, and whether they are the decision maker • Passing qualified leads to us with full details so we can arrange a quote You are not selling. You are not doing the building work. You are finding people who need building, refurbishment, fire door, painting, plumbing, electrical, or locksmith work done in London — and connecting them with us. What We Are Looking For • Strong written and spoken English • Experience with Google Business Profile management or local SEO is a strong advantage • Comfortable with outreach — Facebook groups, Nextdoor, Bark, Checkatrade, direct messaging • Organised, responsive, and able to follow up consistently • Self-motivated — this is a commission-only role, so you need to be someone who is driven by results, not by being managed • Based anywhere — this role is fully remote Compensation This is a commission-only position. You will earn a minimum of 25% of the net profit on every job you bring in, with the percentage increasing for larger or more complex jobs. To give you a realistic picture: • A standard refurbishment or maintenance job worth £2,000 to our business generates approximately £300 to £500 net profit. Your 25% share: £75 to £125 per job. • A larger job — full property refurbishment, fire door installation programme, or commercial contract — worth £10,000+ generates significantly higher profit. Your share scales accordingly. • A partner bringing in 5 to 10 qualified jobs per month can realistically earn £750 or more per month, with no ceiling on the upside. You are paid when the job is completed and invoiced. No job, no pay — but equally, no cap on what you can earn.
