Buyer Verification Warning: Inform every prospect that they must conduct their own due diligence and verify local listings before bidding. Deal Closing: Guide interested buyers to the final checkout link to close the $100 transaction. Compensation & Incentive Structure (Per Month) Your acquisition cost is entirely performance-driven. Every single sale is valued at a flat $100 gross revenue. Your payouts scale as follows:📉 Tier 1 (Leads 1 to 10): You receive a 25% commission ($25) out of every $100 closed lead.📈 Tier 2 (From the 11th Lead onwards): Your commission instantly jumps to 40% ($40) out of every $100 closed lead for the rest of that month.
