Lead Generation Specialist - Automotive Cooling Parts

Based in Gardena, California, we are dedicated to serving commercial repair accounts and retail consumers with reliable OE-fit plastic tank radiators and A/C parts. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Lead Generation Specialist to conduct B2B outbound phone calls. Your primary focus will be to expand our market reach within a 20-mile radius of our facility, identifying new business opportunities with local trucking and transportation companies. Key Responsibilities Place high-volume outbound calls to prospective commercial clients to introduce our product line, including radiators, condensers, and A/C compressors. Qualify leads and build a robust pipeline of potential B2B accounts. Communicate the quality, OE-fit specifications, and value proposition of our cooling systems. Maintain accurate records of all call activities, lead status, and customer interactions in our database. Qualifications Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, cold calling, or inside sales. Strong verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
