Lead Generation Virtual Assistant (Google Maps – Local Business Leads)

We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to generate high-quality local business leads using Google Maps and online business directories. The main focus of this role is building accurate, verified lead lists for local service-based businesses such as roofing companies, HVAC contractors, plumbers, cleaning companies, and other home/service providers in specific U.S. locations. This is an ongoing role for someone who can consistently deliver clean, organized, and reliable data. You will be responsible for searching Google Maps and online directories to find targeted local businesses, extracting and verifying key contact information such as business name, phone number, website, and email (if available), and removing any outdated, closed, duplicate, or low-quality listings. All data must be organized neatly into a Google Sheet or CRM with high attention to accuracy and consistency, following specific niche and location instructions for each batch of leads. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in lead generation using Google Maps or similar tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to filter out low-quality data. You should be comfortable working with Google Sheets or Excel, able to follow instructions carefully, and deliver consistent results. Experience with B2B or local service business lead generation is preferred. It is a plus if you have experience using tools such as Apify, Apollo, or other data scraping and research tools, and familiarity with U.S. local service businesses such as roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning companies. We will begin with a small paid trial task (50–100 leads). If the work is accurate and high quality, this will turn into ongoing daily work.
