Lead Manager, Land Acquisitions

We are a U.S. based land investment company, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Manager to join our acquisitions team. This is a full-time remote role with consistent weekly hours. What You'll Be Doing - Managing incoming seller leads from first contact through qualification. - Responding quickly to new leads across text and phone. - Asking the right questions to determine motivation, timeline, and price expectations. - Keeping every lead updated in our CRM with clear notes and next steps. - Following up consistently with leads who have not responded yet. - Scheduling qualified leads for a call with the acquisitions manager. - Flagging hot leads immediately so they get priority attention. - Maintaining a clean and organized pipeline so no lead falls through the cracks. What We're Looking For - Experience with lead management in real estate is a must. - Strong written and spoken English. - Comfortable working independently and hitting daily follow up targets. - Familiar with CRM tools like Go High Level or similar platforms. - Someone who is warm on the phone but also organized and consistent with follow up.
