Lead Manager for Real Estate

We are a Real Estate Investment company operating in Texas. We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated, and relationship-driven Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Lead Manager. Our tech stack is highly advanced. You will NOT be cold calling angry homeowners for 8 hours a day. We use AI to handle all initial texting and preliminary qualification. Your Role: When our AI qualifies a real estate agent or cash buyer, the lead gets handed off to you. Your job is to: 1. Call the warm the lead and build genuine human rapport. 2. Reiterate their buying/selling criteria to ensure we have it correct. 3. Consistently nurture these relationships over time via phone and SMS so we stay top-of-mind. 4. Set up the final handoff for our Senior Acquisitions team to close the deal. Key Requirements: • Flawless, fluent English with a clear speaking voice. • You MUST be a "people person." If you don't enjoy talking on the phone and making friends, this is not the job for you. • Previous experience in US Real Estate Wholesaling (Cold Calling, Lead Management, or Acquisitions) can be helpful. • Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel is a bonus). • Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment with a clear microphone. Compensation & Expectations: • Base Pay: 6.00 • 6.00−9.00 / hour (Based on experience) • Bonuses: Commission paid out for every deal you successfully nurture that crosses the finish line. • KPI Expectations: You will be expected to maintain a minimum of 1 hour of active talk time OR 30-50 meaningful conversations per day.
