Lead Researcher — US Companies Preparing for IPO (with Decision-Maker Contacts)

Attention: This is not a simple lead generation job. Please reply with "Bubble Gum" at the very start of your proposal. We run a 3D animation studio that helps companies going public turn their static investor presentations into 3D animated pitch materials. I need someone to research and build a list of target companies and the right person to contact at each one. What I need: A list of US companies that have recently filed (or are known to be preparing to file) for an IPO. Priority sectors: renewable energy, industrial, manufacturing, and other technical/engineering-heavy businesses. Sources to use: SEC EDGAR (S-1 filings), Renaissance Capital's IPO pipeline, and Nasdaq's IPO center. Confirm the company already has a PDF prospectus or investor presentation ready. This matters because it means they have the exact material we would be converting into a 3D animation, and it's a sign they're actively raising funds and need marketing materials for potential investors right now, not just planning ahead. For each company, find the name and job title of the person most likely to handle investor pitch materials. Usually one of: CFO, Head/VP of Investor Relations, VP of Corporate Communications, or Head of Marketing. LinkedIn profile URL (if any) for that person, plus an email address if you can find one (Hunter.io or similar tools are fine) and their business phone number (if any) Deliverable: A spreadsheet with these columns: Company Name, Sector, IPO Filing Status/Date, PDF Prospectus Ready (Y/N + link if public), Contact Name, Contact Title, LinkedIn URL, Email (if found), Source Link. Target: 50 to 100 qualified leads. Optional add-on (let me know if you'd like to quote this separately): A second short list of IR and capital-markets communications agencies (firms that build investor materials on behalf of multiple IPO clients), with the name of who handles new business at each.
