Lead Social Media Growth Engineer — Meta, Organic Virality & Video Editing

We are looking for an experienced **Lead Social Media Growth Engineer** to grow our Instagram and Facebook presence through organic content strategy, viral short-form storytelling and advanced video editing. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into high-retention Reels, developing strong hooks and content concepts, publishing and optimising content, analysing performance data and converting organic reach into measurable follower and community growth. ### Key Deliverables * Develop and execute an organic growth strategy for Instagram and Facebook * Turn raw footage into engaging, professionally edited Reels * Create hooks, scripts, captions, storylines and calls to action * Optimise videos for watch time, retention, shares, saves and follower conversion * Identify repeatable content formats with strong viral potential * Review analytics and provide clear recommendations for improvement * Build a consistent content-testing and reporting process * Support community engagement and audience development * Deliver measurable improvements in reach, engagement and follower growth ### Required Skills * Instagram and Facebook organic growth * Short-form video strategy and viral content development * Advanced Reel and video editing * Content scripting and storytelling * Audience psychology and retention optimisation * Meta Business Suite and platform analytics * Performance reporting and data-driven decision-making * Community growth and engagement strategy Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing software is preferred. ### Who We Are Looking For You should have at least **3–5 years of relevant experience** and a verifiable portfolio of Reels that have achieved hundreds of thousands or millions of organic views. Experience growing accounts for public figures, politicians, celebrities, creators, organisations or major brands will be highly valued. The role may be remote, hybrid or based in Mumbai or Surat.
