We need a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Sourcing Specialist to find, contact, and collect direct email addresses from pre-qualified technical freelancers and project leaders who are either currently on Upwork or ready to register on the platform to join our agency roster. **What You Will Do** * Source qualified candidates across professional networks, code repositories, and freelance platforms matching our target roles (Technical Project/Program Managers, Frontend/Full-Stack Developers, CMS Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and SEO/Analytics Specialists). * Conduct brief outreach to confirm candidate interest in receiving contract and project work through our agency. * Collect the **primary email address used for their Upwork account** (or confirm their willingness to register on Upwork with that email to receive our official agency invitation). * Verify each contact meets baseline requirements (relevant experience, active portfolio/GitHub/live project links, and availability for contract work). * Organize and input validated contact details into a structured spreadsheet tracker. **Target Output & Data Fields Required** For each approved contact, you will deliver: * Full Name * Target Role / Technical Specialization * Direct Email Address (Upwork-registered or confirmed for Upwork signup) * Professional Profile / Portfolio / Live Work Link * Location & Timezone * Confirmed Weekly Availability (e.g., 10–20 hrs/wk or 30+ hrs/wk) * Target Hourly Rate **Requirements** * Proven experience in technical talent sourcing, boolean search, and direct candidate outreach. * Familiarity with Upwork agency structures and invitation workflows. * Strong written English communication skills. * Ability to deliver verified, high-response contacts rather than raw, unverified lists. **To Apply:** Please briefly share your previous experience sourcing technical/freelance talent, your primary tools/methods for finding direct contact emails, and your proposed pricing/cost per batch of 10 verified candidates.
