Leads Manager – Real Estate Disposition

We are looking for an experienced Leads Manager – Real Estate Disposition to qualify cash buyers for our properties. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential cash buyers, verifying their financial ability to purchase, and ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications. Responsibilities -Make cold calls to potential cash buyers. -Qualify buyers by confirming proof of funds and financial capability. -Maintain and update buyer information in our system. -Communicate effectively with buyers to gather necessary details. -Schedule follow-ups and property showings for qualified buyers. Qualifications -Previous experience in real estate, cold calling, or a similar sales role. -Ability to qualify cash buyers and understand real estate financials. -Strong communication skills and professionalism. -Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. -Full-time availability during US EST working hours.
