Learndash courses with LTI integration

We built a Wordpress website for a client some years ago that uses LearnDash for courses of early childhood education. The primary target audience are school districts and they're wanting to now make the courses more widely available to school. I know an LTI Connection will be required to achieve this but this goes a bit more beyond just installing a LearnDash LTI connector such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/lti-tool-learndash/ I'm looking for experts only have past experience and knowledge about how to successfully implement this, what to expect, and provide some common issues that might arise, and therefore help with working through those known issues and causes. The person who we hire should be able to also provide information about how LearnDash may be able to create individual user accounts should they not exist as users within LearnDash/Wordpress. We still don't know what platform these schools will be trying to connect with via SSO, but we imagine that it can be any of the following: Canvas, Schoology, Blackboard, Moodle, Brightspace, Google Classroom.
