Project-Based (Remote, Part-Time) Learning Experience Designer & Retreat Production Coordinator (Project-Based) About Us 2541 is a strategy and learning firm that designs leadership experiences centered on practical power building, organizing, and systems change. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to support the production of a week-long leadership institute. This person will transform facilitator content into polished participant materials while serving as a key production partner before, during, and after the event. This is not a curriculum writing role. Instead, you'll coordinate presenters, build presentation materials, produce participant resources, capture learning throughout the week, and leave behind beautiful artifacts that extend the learning beyond the retreat. Project Timeline Project Start: Immediately (Week of August 3) Retreat Week: August 31 – September 4, 2026 Project Completion: September 11, 2026 What You'll Do Before the Retreat You'll serve as the production lead for all participant-facing learning materials. Responsibilities include: Create presentation decks using existing 2541 templates. Meet with presenters to understand their session goals. Collect presentations, speaker notes, handouts, videos, and participant resources. Ensure presenters submit materials by established deadlines. Build and polish presentation slides. Design participant worksheets and templates. Create facilitator-facing materials as needed. Prepare all participant materials for printing. Coordinate with the project team to ensure materials are finalized before print deadlines. Maintain an organized Google Drive of all retreat resources. During the Retreat (August 31 – September 4) Attend the full retreat (virtually or in person if applicable) to support learning operations. Responsibilities include: Support Zoom and technology needs. Capture detailed meeting notes. Track action items and decisions. Document participant insights. Update presentation materials as needed. Produce a polished recap email at the conclusion of each day. Support facilitators with real-time presentation needs. After the Retreat Transform the week's learning into lasting resources. Responsibilities include: Produce a professionally designed Retreat Learning Report. Summarize key themes. Organize participant commitments. Capture action items. Compile shared resources. Deliver final slide decks and participant materials. Organize all project files for future cohorts.
