We are a healthcare AI company seeking detail-oriented reviewers to read healthcare payer contracts (managed care agreements between health systems and insurance companies) and extract specific terms into a structured format. No prior managed care experience is required — we provide a detailed labeling manual and term lexicon. Paralegals, legal assistants, law students, English graduates/teachers, and others with strong reading comprehension are encouraged to apply. Experienced lawyers are also welcome. What the work looks like: - Read complete contracts (base agreements plus amendments) and extract defined terms, with a citation for each answer - Follow a structured labeling manual and lexicon - Your extractions are scored for accuracy against an answer key and cross-checked against other reviewers - Consistent, high-accuracy performers will receive ongoing volume Hiring process: shortlisted candidates will complete a short PAID test task (a sample contract excerpt plus our lexicon).
