Legal Research
Worldwide
I am looking for an experienced legal researcher with access to professional legal research databases such as PACER, Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, or similar. The project involves conducting targeted research of federal court records, including both published opinions and docket filings, to identify cases involving specific facts. The work will require developing effective keyword and Boolean search strategies, reviewing court dockets and related filings, and identifying relevant cases, attorneys, judges, and outcomes. The final deliverable should include a concise AI summary of the relevant cases found, why they are relevant, and the key participants involved. Please describe the legal research databases you have access to and your experience conducting federal court docket research. Additional details about the research topic will be provided after engagement.
