Hiring: Electrical Engineer We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our growing team and support a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, restaurant, retail, and tenant improvement projects. Key Responsibilities * Complete electrical design for residential and commercial projects * Power distribution and electrical system design * Lighting and lighting control design * Electrical load calculations * Panel schedules and single-line diagrams * Service and feeder sizing * Transformer and equipment sizing * Circuiting and branch circuit design * Emergency and egress lighting * Grounding and bonding design * EV charging infrastructure * Coordination of electrical requirements for HVAC, plumbing, kitchen, and other equipment * Title 24 electrical and lighting coordination * Preparation and review of permit-ready electrical drawings and calculations * Respond to city and agency plan-check comments * Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and civil disciplines * Provide signed and sealed electrical plans and calculations when required Requirements * Strong electrical engineering and design experience * Experience with NEC, California Electrical Code, and applicable building/energy codes * Proficiency with AutoCAD and relevant electrical engineering software * Ability to independently develop and review permit-ready construction documents * Experience coordinating with utility companies and local jurisdictions * Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills Licensure Preferred * California Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred * PE licensure in additional U.S. states is a major plus * Multi-state engineering and permitting experience is highly valued Preferred Project Experience * Commercial and residential * Restaurants and commercial kitchens * Retail and office spaces * Tenant improvements * Ground-up construction * Remodels and additions * EV charging projects * Multi-state projects We are looking for a reliable engineer interested in a long-term opportunity and working with a growing pipeline of projects across California and other states.
