Job Title: Licensed Attorney Needed — Brief Compliance Review of Crowdfunding Campaign Materials Overview I'm the founder of an early-stage California startup (LA Wash & Chill, a California Corporation) preparing to launch a donation-based crowdfunding campaign across GoFundMe, FundRazr, and GiveSendGo. My campaign materials are fully drafted and revised — I'm looking for a licensed attorney to give them a brief, focused legal review before I go live. What's already been done I provided AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity) with the applicable Terms of Service for GoFundMe and FundRazr and had them review my emails, posts, and press release for compliance with each platform's terms. Perplexity quality-checked Claude's work and researched additional refinements, which Claude then incorporated. At this point I simply need a human legal review of what the AI tools and I have produced — which every tool I used recommended before going live.
