Job Title: Licensed Attorney Needed — Brief Compliance Review of Crowdfunding Campaign Materials Overview I'm the founder of an early-stage California startup (LA Wash & Chill, a California Corporation) preparing to launch a donation-based crowdfunding campaign across GoFundMe, FundRazr, and GiveSendGo. My campaign materials are fully drafted and revised — I'm looking for a licensed attorney to give them a brief, focused legal review before I go live. What's already been done I provided AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity) with the applicable Terms of Service for GoFundMe and FundRazr and had them review my emails, posts, and press release for compliance with each platform's terms. Perplexity quality-checked Claude's work and researched additional refinements, which Claude then incorporated. At this point I simply need a human legal review of what the AI tools and I have produced — which every tool I used recommended before going live. What I need from you A focused legal review — not a rewrite or redesign — to catch any remaining concerns around crowdfunding compliance, securities law, consumer protection, advertising, fundraising, or email/outreach compliance. The materials: ● GoFundMe, FundRazr & GiveSendGo campaign posts and their accompanying outreach emails ● The campaign graphics/images (each already carries a “voluntary donation — not an investment, loan, or securities offering” notice) ● A VC/donor outreach email that includes a “donate vs. invest” option ● A bookkeeper/payroll outreach email (includes a donation → investment fund-separation plan) ● A press release ● Optional, if time allows: a demo web app whose figures carry a “hypothetical/assumptions” disclaimer Most securities-sensitive spots, worth your closest look: the “invest” option in the VC/donor email, and the public “Note to Early-Stage Investors” in the press release. Budget My budget for this review is $100–$125. The bulk of the work is already done (drafted and revised through several AI passes), so this is a review/QC pass, not a build from scratch. Ideal candidate ● Licensed attorney in good standing ● Familiar with crowdfunding, fundraising, and/or securities basics ● Can give a practical go/no-go read and flag any specific fixes REMINDER; Please read this job post & the related attachment in its entirety BEFORE contacting me or applying. Thank you.
