I need a licensed U.S. CPA firm, preferably experienced with construction contractors and enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program, to prepare lender-facing financial statements for a Georgia construction company for the years ended December 31, 2024 and December 31, 2025. The lender is confirming whether it requires an AR-C 70 preparation, AR-C 80 compilation, or AR-C 90 review, so the firm must be capable of compilation/review and familiar with WIP, job costing, retainage, equipment, and debt schedules.
