We are looking for a licensed U.S. CPA to prepare and sign a short letter for an E-2 visa application confirming that 100% of the issued shares of our Delaware C-Corporation are held by French nationals. We will provide: - Corporate documents / cap table - Shareholder information - French passports - The exact wording requested by our immigration attorney This should be a straightforward, one-time task.
