The matter involves: International freight forwarding / sea transportation Cargo delivery problems and reported damage Disputed additional freight/logistics charges An 80,000-unit commercial shipment Potential commercial exposure of approximately USD 50,000 A defendant located in Ningbo, Zhejiang The case has already been substantially prepared.
