Licensed Guangdong Attorney Needed for Commercial Appeal

We are a U.S. company seeking a licensed attorney in Guangdong, preferably Huizhou, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen, to represent us in an active commercial appeal before the Huizhou Intermediate People’s Court. We recently received a favorable first-instance judgment in a manufacturing/contract dispute. The opposing party has filed an appeal, and our original attorney is no longer in active practice. We need an attorney who can: Review the original judgment and appeal Confirm all current appeal deadlines Prepare and file our response Represent us through the second-instance proceedings Advise us on enforcement if the original judgment is affirmed Experience with commercial litigation, contract disputes, and civil appeals is strongly preferred.
