Licensed Japanese Real Estate Agency Partnership

Looking for one licensed Japanese real estate agency (宅建業者)/agent to build something long-term with. I make content about Japan on social media, occasionally relocating to Japan and buying property here, so I have people reaching out about buying property fairly often, depending on how much the videos get pushed. WHO I'M HOPING TO FIND • A licensed agency, or a 宅建士 at one • Comfortable in English, spoken and written • Open to buyers who are outside Japan, which is all of mine • Willing to look at rural akiya, not only city property IT WOULD HELP TO KNOW 1. Your 免許番号 and prefecture 2. Where you can realistically reach 3. Anything you charge an overseas buyer beyond standard commission I currently work with an agency in Japan but am hoping to expand my network to better serve the influx of requests I receive when I create property videos with more transparency so I can manage expectations better and provide better packages.
