Limited-scope second opinion, EB-2 NIW RFE response (pro se filer)

Summary

What this is. I am a pro se self-petitioner. My EB-2 National Interest Waiver I-140 received an RFE. My response is finished and ships tomorrow afternoon. I want one hour of a licensed US immigration attorney to pressure-test it before it goes. This is a limited-scope consult, not representation. I am filing pro se and staying pro se. No G-28, no appearance. Your credentials. Licensed US attorney, active bar standing, regular EB-2 NIW practice. In your first reply, give me your state bar and number so I can verify, and roughly how many NIW RFEs you have handled in the past year. What I will send. The RFE notice and my response brief with its exhibit schedule. Spend the hour on the brief against the RFE. I can also share the original petition letter and the full exhibit set if you want them, but the brief and the notice are the priority. What I need back, by 3pm EST tomorrow. A short written note or a 15-minute call, your choice. Answers to four questions. 1. Does my brief answer what the RFE actually asked. Did I miss or underfeed any specific request in the notice. 2. Two of my customer letters of intent were signed under my prior company, before I incorporated the current one. Is my successor-entity explanation, plus the assignment language in those letters, enough to close that gap. 3. Anything in the package that hurts me. A phrase, a claim, or an exhibit that invites a question I am not being asked, or that contradicts another exhibit. 4. Filing mechanics. Confirm this goes by courier and not email, the premium processing markings, the correct service center address, and signature on delivery. Boundaries. This is a second opinion, not a rewrite. Flag substantive problems only. Do not redline style. If you hit the hour and see something serious, tell me and stop, and we will discuss more time. Fixed one hour.
