LinkedIn Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist — $50 Bonus Per Qualified Appointment

We’re looking for a motivated appointment setter who knows how to start conversations, build interest, and get qualified prospects on the calendar. Haystack Sports is growing, and we’re looking for someone to help us connect with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach and email. This is not a customer service position. Your primary goal is simple: Start conversations → Generate interest → Schedule qualified appointments. You’ll be reaching out to athletic directors in schools and sports organizations. What You’ll Be Doing Prospect and connect with qualified leads on LinkedIn Send personalized LinkedIn messages and follow-ups Conduct targeted email outreach Follow up consistently with interested prospects Introduce our opportunity in a professional, conversational way Schedule qualified prospects directly onto our calendar Track outreach, responses, follow-ups, and booked appointments Compensation You’ll receive your agreed-upon Upwork compensation PLUS $50 for every qualified appointment you successfully set that meets our appointment criteria. The better you are at generating conversations and booking appointments, the more you can earn. We are looking for someone who wants more than just completing tasks. Who We’re Looking For The ideal person is confident communicating with business owners, understands LinkedIn prospecting, writes natural messages that don’t sound like spam, follows up consistently, and is comfortable being measured by results.
