Summary

SCOPE OF WORK Prospecting Build and maintain target lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator (seat provided) against a written ICP. Qualify each lead manually on title, company size and country. Log every lead the same day to a shared Google Sheet with name, title, company, size, country, LinkedIn URL and status. Around 30 qualified leads per day. Outreach Send personalised connection requests from my personal profile, each referencing something specific to that prospect, within the 300-character LinkedIn limit. Run a defined follow-up sequence with everyone who accepts: soft opener, value message, proof point, direct ask, close-out. Around 20 requests and 15 follow-ups per day. Reply handling and booking Respond to every reply within one business day. Book qualified calls into my calendar, send the invite with agenda, confirm 24 hours before. Handle objections from an approved sheet. Escalate all pricing, scope and technical questions to me the same day. Never quote price or commit to scope. Content posting Publish 3 posts a week. I write all content and supply it 3 working days ahead. You format it for LinkedIn (hook line, line breaks, hashtags, image) and post natively. No third-party scheduling tools. Maintain the content calendar with live post URLs. Engagement Monitor each of my posts for 90 minutes after publishing and reply to comments in that window using approved reply patterns. Leave 8 to 10 substantive comments per day on prospects' posts, 2 to 3 sentences each that add a point or a question. Generic praise does not count. Reporting Update the CRM and content calendar daily. Weekly report every Friday with the full funnel plus a short read on what messaging is landing. Excluded No content writing, no automation or scraping tools of any kind, no scheduling tools, no engagement pods, no profile or settings changes, no answering substantive prospect questions. SKILLS REQUIRED Essential - LinkedIn Sales Navigator: advanced search, lead lists, filtering by title, headcount and geography - B2B outbound outreach to senior decision-makers, with numbers you can show - Written English strong enough that a CFO takes it seriously, and tight enough to work inside 300 characters - Appointment setting: offering slots, booking, confirming, reducing no-shows - Objection handling from a script, with the judgement to know when to escalate instead - Google Sheets for daily CRM logging, and accurate self-reporting - Understanding of LinkedIn connection limits and account safety, and a manual-only working style Strong plus - Experience selling finance, accounting, professional services or BPO - Familiarity with GCC, Australian or Malaysian markets - Comfort with finance operations vocabulary: month-end close, AP/AR, reconciliations, management reporting - Experience managing posting and engagement from a client's personal profile rather than a company page Attributes - Consistent daily discipline without being chased - Willing to tell me when something is not working OUTCOMES EXPECTED Trial, first 2 weeks 200 connection requests sent, 300 leads sourced and logged, 20 or more conversations opened, 2 qualified meetings held, 6 posts published on schedule, both weekly reports on time. Month 1 400 to 450 connection requests, 25 to 35 percent acceptance rate, 30 or more conversations opened, 3 qualified meetings held, 12 posts published, all replies answered within one business day. Month 3 onward 5 or more qualified meetings held per month, acceptance rate holding above 25 percent, positive reply to booked meeting conversion above 40 percent, measurable growth in profile views and post reach. A meeting counts as qualified when the attendee matches the ICP by title and company size, the meeting was held rather than merely booked, they stayed at least 15 minutes, and it is not an existing contact. Judged at day 60 on meetings held, not on activity volume.
